The NJCAA Women's Basketball Coaches Association's objective is to promote basketball to its highest level in two-year colleges throughout the nation; to place at the disposal of coaches, sources of basketball information; to advise through recommendation, the NJCAA Standing Committee on Women's Basketball. Activities at the All-Star weekend include team practices, a Hall of Fame Banquet, and games on Sunday and Monday.

Isler was one of just 3 players in the GCAA to average a double-double for the season, averaging 12.1 points per game, and pulling down 10.6 boards per game, while posting 12 double-doubles in 29 contests. The 10.6 rebounds per game were 3rd in the GCAA and she was just one of 5 players to pull down 300+ rebounds for the year. Isler shot 41% from the field and scored 351 points on the season. She also posted a 3.6 GPA in the classroom.

Head Women's Basketball Coach Courtney Pritchett said, "This is a tremendous honor for both Toddrianna and Andrew College, as Todd represents everything we look for in a student-athlete, and she will represent Andrew and the GCAA well at the All-Star Weekend."
