Isler Posts a Double-Double; Tigers Roll Past Southern Crescent 72-46

CUTHBERT, Ga. -- Toddrianna Isler poured in 23 points and pulled down 10 boards to lead the Lady Fighting Tigers past Southern Crescent Tech 72-46 on Wednesday night in the Jinks Gymnasium. It was the season opener for the Tigers and the ladies jumped out quickly, building a 32-15 halftime lead, before Southern Crescent staged a third quarter rally, getting within six points, but Andrew pounced in the fourth period, out-scoring the visitors 27-12, to cruise to the win.

Dawniqua Snead chipped in with 16 points and a pair of assists, Takerria Waters had a team-high 11 rebounds and 4 points, Yolanda Givens posted a team-high 7 assists and added 8 points, T'Kayshza King came off the bench to score 10 points, and Alliyah Styles had a pair of steals and 6 points.

The Tigers take a week off before opening GCAA play in Swainsboro against East Georgia State at 5:30 pm.
