Andrew College finished T6 in the Doublegate Collegiate Inv.

Albany, GA - The Andrew College Golf Team finished in a tie for 6th this week, at the 2016 Doublegate Collegiate Invitational

The Tigers shot 310 - 304 - 313 on the par 72, 7024-yard layout at Doublegate Country Club in Albany, GA to finish the 54-hole event with a score of 927.

Freshman Markus Svahn was the top Tiger finisher as he shot a three day total of 217 +1 which put him in 2nd place for the tournament.  Finishing 2nd also put Markus on the All-Tournament Team. Erik Sundstrom finished in a tie for 12th place at 226, Russell Sabol finished in 36th place at 236, Joey Hendrix finished in 46th place at 245, Brett Ammons finished in 48th place at 245, and Tucker Greene finished in 55th place with a 260.

Darton College won the event posting a Three Round Total of 878, while Finlay Mason of Darton College earned medalist honors by posting a three under par 213.

The Tiger's next tournament will be March 14 - March 15 2016 when we travel to Albany, GA to compete in the 2016 Darton Spring Invitational.
