Andrew College Rolls Past Southern Crescent Tech for a 42-Point Victory, 93-51

CUTHBERT, Ga - Andrew College Women's Basketball picks up their largest victory of the season with a 93-51 victory over Southern Crescent Technical College. 

After dropping their previous two games, the Fighting Tigers were poised to bounce back and the Lady Tigers dominated from the opening tip en route to a 42-point victory. Saturday's matchup was the third and final matchup between these two teams for the season. The Fighting Tigers won all three matchups.

Game 1: Jan. 10 62-54, W

Game 2: Jan. 14: 86-55, W

Game 3: Feb. 7: 93-51, W

Despite their dominance at home as they sit with a 8-2 record at Jinks Gymnasium, the Fighting Tigers have struggled on the road. However, with today's win, it puts them at 4-5 on the year and gives them a 12-8 overall record. With today's win the Lady Tigers sit in third place of the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association (GCAA) with a 4-3 conference record. 

The Andrew College Women's Basketball Team return to action on Monday Feb. 9 against East Georgia State College.

Andrew College is a National Junior College Athletic Association Division I school located in Cuthbert, Georgia. The Fighting Tigers sponsor 14 sports and compete in the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association. Andrew College will move to the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics, effective July 1, 2026.
