Game Preview: Andrew College Women's Basketball vs. Reid State Community College
CUTHBERT, Ga - Following Wednesday's 86-55 victory over Southern Crescent Technical College, the Lady Tigers are now 7-0 at Jinks Gymnasium. The Fighting Tigers will look to extend their streak as they face off against Reid State Community College at 5 p.m.
In that 30-point victory, Andrew College was led by Jayla Fulks, who dropped a career-high 17 points while going 4-for-9 from 3-point range. Fulks was one of 14 Tigers to score in Wednesday's matchup as Andrew College dominated all 40 minutes of play.
Reid State is currently 3-14 on the year, however, they enter Wednesday's game riding a two-game win streak after dropping their previous 13. This marks the second meeting between the two teams this season. In their first contest on Nov. 13, Andrew College picked up a 66-59 victory on the road. The game against Reid State will be the final nonconference matchup for the remainder of the season.
The Lady Tigers return to conference action on Jan. 21 when they travel to Warner Robins to face Central Georgia Technical College at 5:30 p.m.
The Andrew College Women's Basketball team currently sits at No. 2 in the conference with a 2-1 record in conference play, just behind East Georgia at 3-0.
