CUTHBERT, Ga. -- Brett Anderson drove in Deion Sellers with a no-out single in the bottom of the 9th inning to secure a 4-3 win for the Tigers over Wallace-Dothan at the Hord Athletic Complex, on Tuesday afternoon. Sellers and Mike Warren both singled to lead off the 9th, before Anderson belted a line drive over the drawn in center fielder to plate the winner. Cary Holloway had 3 hits and an RBI, and Michael Branche added a pair, as well as an RBI.
Christian Aragon pitched 6 sterling innings, allowing only 4 hits, striking out 3, and left the game with the lead.
Andrew Patrick pitched 1.1 innings of scoreless relief to earn the win.
The Tigers are back at Hord tomorrow for a doubleheader versus LaGrange College JV. First game is at 2:00 pm
