Cuthbert, Ga- Fighting Tigers lose at home
The Fighting Tigers are at home again to go up against Enterprise State Community College Boll Weevil's.
The first half Enterprise set the tone early as they went on run to make the score 20-11. Then Andrew went on a run of their own and took the lead for a moment of 21-20. Two players for Enterprise just seemed that they could not miss as #5 Jones Jr had 13 points and number 20 Jones had 10 points with the team shooting 47 percent for the half to score 47 points and the lead at half.
In the Second half the Fighting Tigers just could not slow them down offensively. Enterprise shot 60 percent in the second half. Andrew battled back the entire half bringing them closest with a score of 68-65, but Enterprise pulled away by hitting some big shots to seal the game for them and ultimately winning the game with a final score of 86-75.
The Fighting Tigers were led by Mehki Witter with 17 points and 5 Assists. Along with Sam Johnson with 12 points on 75 percent shooting from behind the arc and 2 players with 10 points apiece.
The next game for the Fighting Tigers will be at home in the Jinks Gymnasium located in Cuthbert, GA on November 12th at 7pm Est time against Lurleen B. Wallace Community College.
