CUTHBERT, Ga. – On Friday, Sept. 25, the Lady Tigers will travel to Tifton, Ga for a conference matchup against Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. This will be a fierce matchup that will have one team walk away with their first win of the season as ABAC comes off a loss to Point University of Thursday. Friday's game will conclude a three-game road trip that featured contests against Point University and most recently Wesleyan College.

Previously on the Pitch

The last time the Lady Tigers took the pitch was on Wednesday, Sept. 23 against Wesleyan. The Fighting Tigers fell 4-0 for their fifth consecutive loss to start the 2026 season. The Fighting Tigers have struggled offensively having been held to less than 10 shots in each of their five matches this season. In fact, their nine shots against Wesleyan were a season-high.

The Opponent: The Golden Stallions

The Fighting Tigers will be facing an ABAC team that is hungry for their first win and first goals of the season. They are coming off their worst loss of the season following a 19-0 loss to UT Southern on Saturday, Sept. 19. Followed by a tough 5-0 loss to Point University on Thursday.

Similar to the Fighting Tigers, ABAC is 0-4 in conference play so they will also be looking to secure their first Southern States win of the season and take a step forward in the conference standings.

Friday's game will be played at ABAC Soccer Field in Tifton, Ga. The match is slated for 3 p.m.
