CUTHBERT, Ga. – On Saturday, Sept. 26, Andrew College will travel two hours south to face off against Thomas University. Both teams enter Saturday's matchup in search of their first win of the season.

Previously on the Gridiron

In their last game against Tennessee Valley, the Fighting Tigers fell, 23-13. Due to Tennessee Valley being a prep institution, stats from the game do not count toward Andrew's official statistics or season record. However, the Fighting Tigers were looking to secure their first win after dominating the previous meeting between the two teams, 33-0, in 2025.

Despite the loss, the Fighting Tigers remain poised to find the win column and secure their first victory as members of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).

The Opponent: The Night Hawks

The Night Hawks have had a similar start as the Fighting Tigers and enter Saturday's matchup 0-3 on the season. Thomas is coming off its toughest loss of the year, an 80-10 defeat against No. 10 Campbellsville University out of Kentucky.

Despite the loss, the Night Hawks' 10 points marked their highest scoring output of the season. Thomas also secured its first touchdown of the year on a 4-yard touchdown pass from Connor Langford.

Saturday's game will be played at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Thomasville, Ga. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m.
