Bio

Freshman setter Saniya Jenkins joins the Fighting Tigers volleyball program from Ozark, Alabama. A graduate of Carroll High School, she was recognized as an honor student and earned accolades such as the “Leader of the Nest” award and a spot on the Dothan Super 12 Honorable Mentions list. Jenkins is pursuing a degree in Nursing with the goal of becoming a registered nurse.

She is the daughter of Saleema and Kevin Jenkins and has one brother, Jevon. Off the court, she enjoys watching TV and shares a unique fun fact—she used to play the piano.
