Fackler, Cash Power Tigers to Win Over Motlow State 4-3
NICEVILLE, Fla. -- Dahlton Cash cranked a solo home run in the bottom of the 4th inning to break a 3-3 tie, and Hunter Norman pitched 3.1 innings of shutout ball in relief, allowing only 1 hit, while striking out 2 to record his second win of the season and run his record to 2-0 on the season, as the Tigers beat Motlow State (TN) 4-3 on Saturday in Niceville, FL.
Earlier, Jimmy Fackler crushed a 3-run homer to stake the Tigers to a 3-0 in the bottom of the 2nd inning. It was Fackler's second homer of the season. Bradley Klees had a pair of hits in the game.
The Tigers are back at the Hord Athletic Complex for a single nine inning game against Central Alabama CC at 6:00 pm.
